Wet Family-Fun at Niagara’s Water Parks. This spring Niagara Falls’ waterpark resorts open their doors to soak eagerly awaiting families at the city’s newest attractions. Both world-class attractions which include the Fallsview Indoor Water Park, at Falls Ave. near Casino Niagara and Sheraton on the Falls, and The Great Wolf Lodge Resort near the Niagara Parks are set to open in early April.
The Fallsview Indoor Waterpark is a huge indoor water park with a wave pool and water slide complex which include features such as the Toob Tower, The Plunge Bowl, Extreme Slide Racing, and Niagara Waterworks – an enormous water-play attraction. The complex is owned by Canadian Niagara Hotels which operates Sheraton at the Falls, The Brock Plaza Hotel, and The Skyline Inn. All of the hotels are connected to Fallsview by indoor walkways and part of the Falls Avenue entertainment complex. Other adjacent attractions include the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Store and Pile Driver ride, Marvel Adventure City, and MGM Studios. Restaurants include Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, and Rainforest Cafe.
The Great Wolf Lodge Water-Park & Resort complex in Niagara Falls will offer the kind of indoor water park fun you can expect from a world-class resort . It will be part of a destination resort that will include Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. At 82,000 sq. ft., the indoor water park will be among the world’s largest and will include attractions such as an uphill water coaster and a wave pool. In addition to the water park, the Lodge will include over 400 suite rooms, and family-fun attractions which include a massive arcade, family restaurants, outdoor pool, mini-putt, and luxurious Spa.
Also in Niagara Falls experience the waves and slides at Waves water park attraction. A 25,000 square foot indoor water park with a retractable roof for year-round fun atthe Americana Spa and Conference Resort. Waves Water Park comes complete with a beach entry wave pool, tube slides, body slides, kiddy pool interactive play structure, whirlpools, lounge areas and food & bar services. Waves also features an extensive video arcade, redemption centre and gift shop.
